SV	En hebben hun goden in het vuur geworpen; want zij waren geen goden, maar het werk van mensenhanden, hout en steen; daarom hebben zij die verdorven.
WLC	וְנָתְנ֥וּ אֶת־אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֖ם בָּאֵ֑שׁ כִּי֩ לֹ֨א אֱלֹהִ֜ים הֵ֗מָּה כִּ֣י אִם־מַעֲשֵׂ֧ה יְדֵֽי־אָדָ֛ם עֵ֥ץ וָאֶ֖בֶן וַֽיְאַבְּדֽוּם׃
Trans.	wĕnotnû ʾet-ʾĕlōhêhem bāʾēš kiy lōʾ ʾĕlōhîm hēmmâ kî ʾim-maʿăśē yĕdê-ʾādām ʿēṣ wāʾeben wayĕʾabbĕdûm

AC	יח ונתנו את אלהיהם באש כי לא אלהים המה כי אם מעשה ידי אדם עץ ואבן--ויאבדום
ASV	and have cast their gods into the fire; for they were no gods, but the work of men's hands, wood and stone; therefore they have destroyed them.
